Storage points exist at Warehouses within nodes and within freeholds.[1]

  • Access permissions can be set to allow others to access a player's personal storage devices.[2]
  • Warehouses may enable a player to transfer non-material goods between alts. This excludes resources, materials or anything that relies on the caravan system.[3]

Markets in Ashes of Creation are regional, which means that each market has its own character. Because resources will shift locations as they’re exhausted, this will keep people moving about the world, seeking out the best resources for their crafting builds, and the best markets for their goods.[6]

Player inventory

Personal inventory space (weight limit) is tied to a backpack. Caravans and Mules are intended to be the primary mode of transportation of goods.[12]

  • Mules can carry roughly 10 times more than backpacks. Caravans can carry roughly 10 times more than mules.[13]
  • Caravans will have carrying capacity limits and customizable stats, such as defensive points, speed and number of hired NPC guards.[14]

Backpacks

A backpack is an item crafted by artisans that provides personal inventory space.[17]

  • The higher level the backpack, the greater the inventory space.

Mules
