Before man made a pact with fey courts to form the Feyguard, feykin grew monsters of grand proportion to secure their glen’s perimeters. Though normally bound to the geographic region from which their creators drew power, there’s some evidence that they’d shared this knowledge with mages, and that they had found a way to power them from the essence within. The playful word they use for them is a portmanteau roughly translated to mean “Garden Guard.”
