Node housing provides non-instanced accommodation within a node, also known as static housing.

• Node housing can be purchased once a Node reaches stage 3.^{[ citaat nodig ]}
• The architecture for a node housing is predetermined by the racial influence of the node's development.^{[ citaat nodig ]}
• When the node progresses further, node housing scales up.^{[ citaat nodig ]}
• Node housing that was purchased at stage 3 will become a mansion if the node reaches stage 6.^{[ citaat nodig ]}
• Node housing is restricted in quantity.^{[ citaat nodig ]}
